Mudra is a sacred hand gesture allowing you to go inward to recharge your energy levels and enhance focus during yoga exercises. Hand gestures stimulate acupressure points in the body and activate specific brain areas. You will experience them also in meditation and qigong.
Kriya
Bandha
Bandhas or body locks are applied to gain control of your energy system and direct that energy to where the body needs it. Mula Bandha (root lock), Uddiyana Bandha (diaphragm lock, pulling navel in and up) Jalandhara Bandha (neck lock). Holding Bandhas strengthens specific muscles deep in the body, regulates, and uplifts human body energies.

Balance
Balance your body, mind, and soul means to be in good health. Therefore, balancing your energy is essential. In practice, you work with your body to find the inner balance with the Ida (Yang), the masculine energy, and Pingala (Yin), the feminine energy. As a result of your practice, you will detox and regenerate yourself. Also, your body, mind, and soul connection will grow.
