“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” is a famous quote attributed to Greek physician Hippocrates.
This quote is just as relevant now as it was back in the day of Hippocrates. These words certainly have stood the test of time. Food can benefit you or harm you. The dualistic nature of food is that it’s a medicine or a poison. Food can be healing or toxic.
We encourage you to be conscious of what you consume. Changing your diet is extremely challenging. It can be overwhelming and cravings can come out of nowhere. The way to success is often through baby steps. If you are on or would like to be on the path to healthier eating, start to become more conscious of your eating experience.
