Welcome to Angels & Gurus

Angels and Gurus was established in August 2021 during the pandemic. Vanessa and her husband had a calling to move the yoga studio from Germany to Oceanside, CA. During this time, it was important for the A&G team to offer services to ease stress and support the community.

We offer several types of YOGA including Kundalini, Hatha, and Vinyasa Flows.

We also provide med. Qigong, Meditation, and Angelic Meditation with live Mantra Music.

Our ART CAFE is a collective of local artists. We support them as our vendors and have great, handmade products,
local KETO Desserts, and more options are coming soon. A&G handmade jewelry shop presents unique Malas.

YOGA, Meditation, & Qigong

Kundalini Yoga combines repetitive dynamic movements, powerful breathwork, meditations, and mantras to arouse the dormant energy at the base of the spine, helping it rise the central channel of the spine and through the chakras. It is an intense practice that provides physical and mental benefits, perfecting new to advanced students. NOW we also offer Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes in-person and on zoom.

In addition, we offer medical Qigong (fragrant Qigong) from December 2021 on again.

Workshops

Every month Vanessa guides us into the angelic healing energy in peaceful meditation. Feel the comfort, protection, healing, and unconditional love from your angels. Then open your heart more as we chant along to lovely mantra music played live from Sahejdeep Singh Thorsten.

We also offer Workshop Series for learning Kids Yoga.
